Pattersons Commercial Law once again are proud sponsors of the Leicester Business Festival. This is such a great initiative where we celebrate business in Leicestershire and come together to share, learn and have lots of fun!

This year will held events across our various practices and it such great to see some familiar and new faces.

We had:

3.      Pool and Property – Part Two!

The festival gets bigger and better each year and we are thrilled to sponsors and take part.

Our Managing Director, Rik Pancholi and Pete Miller, Head of Corporate Tax at Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax took our guest through some interesting transactions that they have worked on together. These included a management buyout, a demerger and an incorporation of a property portfolio.

Charlotte Clarke and Ruby Rai took everyone through the benefits of seeking early advice, ways to avoid pitfalls and sharing best practices.

Our guests were also able to indulge in a game of bowling with Balraj Singh getting the highest score! Thank you to Alisha, Bill Allingham, Ben Wendy and Aani for their great service and use of their fantastic facilities.

For Pool & Property Part Two, Asit Jansari and Kirsty Adams delivered their presentation on latest updates, followed by the infamous pool competition.
