Pattersons Commercial hosted another 3 events this year and it was a pleasure to organise these for our local business community.

We had:

·       Corporate, Tax & Cocktails, where our Managing Director, Rik Pancholi and Pete Miller, Head of Corporate Tax at Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax took our guests through some interesting transactions that they have worked on together. These included a management buyout demerger and an incorporation of a property portfolio. Followed by cocktails a the Nine Bar at the Novatel Leicester, this event was a great evening.

·       Frame Your Business saw Charlotte Clarke, our Insolvency Solicitor and Ruby Rai, our Employment Lawyer host their first event with LBF. They took everyone through the benefits of seeking early advice on all matters and issues, ways to avoid pitfalls, signposting and shared best practices. Afterwards our guests were also able to indulge in a game of bowling at East Street Lanes that made us all feel young again!

·       Pool and Property – Part Two! After last year’s success, there was no doubt that Kirsty Adams and Asit Jansari were going to repeat this event. Talking about the latest developments in all things property related, followed by a friendly but unsurprisingly competitive game of pool complete with a Pattersons Commercial Law trophy!
