Kirsty cross qualified as a Commercial Property Solicitor in October 2020 after having initially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive, specialising in residential conveyancing, in March 2018. Kirsty has substantial experience in dealing with various property transactions whether residential property sales and purchases, commercial property sales and purchases or acting on behalf of Landlord or Tenant in new and existing lease matters (new leases, assignments or lease renewals).
Kirsty is able to advise on a vast range of property matters including those mentioned above, but also including dividend in specie transfers (when property is involved in share sale and purchase transactions), residential and commercial transfers of equity, applications for adverse possession of registered and unregistered land, deeds of variation, advising on wayleave agreements, registration of charges and second charges against titles, licences to occupy, and many more.
Kirsty prides herself on her ability to ensure client satisfaction and being able to help her clients achieve their goals and objectives. She regularly goes over and above and pushes herself to deliver exceptional client care. In her spare time she enjoys listening to Ed Sheeran, walks with her dog Lily, enjoys trying different cuisines and is a huge Marvel fan.
